Booking Policy
	Payment is expected prior to your session. Why? This makes us both emotionally invested in getting your session completed. The only times I have had a "no-show" client, is when pre-payment was not taken. There are no exceptions to this policy, so please understand it in advance. All appointments are pre-paid via PayPal or check or Money Order. Funds must reach our office 1 business week prior to your appointment. If you are booking a session and only have a few days notice, you will want to use priority mailing as an option. PayPal, of course, is instant, secure and you can use your credit cards. New to PayPal, you don't even need an official PayPal account! Simply email me a request to send you a PayPal request and follow the simple directions. Otherwise, visit HERE to take care of your payment for your session. Otherwise we will cancel the appointment and re-book it with someone on the waiting list.
You can view the available dates on line yourself to have your suggestions prepared for reschedule. If you book your own appointment on our on line calendar, (preferred), you MUST have pre-paid your appointment. Three important points: 1. I do all my own readings, there is never a substitute that will be reading you. If for some reason I cannot do your reading (sometimes information just does not come through), then I may recommend another psychic and I will provide you their number for you to call and book with them directly. Otherwise we can reschedule or refund you. There is NEVER a chance of losing your money (for my first time clients who don't know me), no matter how many reschedules may prove necessary (if you choose to continue to try, your choice), you will always be entitled to a refund if I simply cannot read you. Yes, this is rare. 2. Everything discussed in your reading is confidential: and although I have a minister's license, it is a matter of honor and trust. No paper can really make you keep a confidence, and I am not legally obligated. I am, however, honor bound, and I take this seriously. Regardless if you are a stay at home parent, a celebrity, or involved within the government, all readings are confidential. At times I have booking staff who work with me, it is fine for you to call under an assumed name, as long as you are honest with me during the session. In other words, if you are a celebrity, and I am picking up something veiled, untrue or out of balance with you, it can be that you are hiding behind your assistant's name, instead of telling me you own. I read for several industry people, and it is always a highly confidential matter. 3. Our database is solely for the purpose of sending my newsletter and offers that I have either endorsed or have available. Addresses will NEVER be loaned out or sold to another person. You are NOT automatically signed up for the newsletter just by getting a reading. You will need to do this yourself, as it is a subscription service. Getting The Most Of Your Pre-Paid Time - Over the years I have encountered many of the same questions concerning the reading once I have the client on the line. This is meant to answer a lot of your questions so that we can focus entirely on your reading. I know some of you may have used Keen and other per- minute services. And, because of this, you may actually rush your reading. Some fear a building phone bill and psychic charges. This is a most difficult formula to work under, and I don't envy those readers a bit. They are under a great deal of pressure. It is very difficult to jump right into a person's spirit within those "free 3 minutes". So, for both of our sakes, please don't rush the reading. You are paying for a set amount of time. We will get to your questions in this amount of time. Please understand that NOTHING in your present or in your future does not have it's roots in your past, so it is important we go there.
The Initial Phone Call - I have changed my policy on cell phones for your session, but we REALLY need to go over some things. With a cell phone the vibrations fluctuate on the waves of a cell phone. Especially if you are driving or walking around, etc.
I prefer you to call on a land line phone, but if you MUST use a cell phone, research the best possible position that gets A-1 reception, and stay there during your reading. To understand how important this is, we build a connection between us via voice. When you "drop a call" that psychic line between us is cut, and I am left "floating" while you attempt to re-dial. Within seconds, the connection between us is broken and can RARELY be reconnected when you call back. If this occurs, I reserve the right to end the reading entirely without a refund as you have booked my time. Clearly you can see where dropped calls mid-reading can be more than frustrating, as the "psychic connection" is gone. So, my point is, I prefer a land line, but if you must use a cell phone, you accept the responsibility for the reading's connection success. Beginning The Reading - The reading will begin by my asking you to spell your first name. This allows me to hear your voice vibration and enter into your energy pattern. I will slowly begin to tell you things about yourself. Many of these things will be the past and perhaps current present, but usually it involves your past. Please remember just because it doesn't pertain to your current concerns, does not mean what I am seeing didn't happen. Example: TM - "I am seeing a cross country move in the past, did you totally uproot your life and move from one coast to another?" Client - "No..." TM - Goes to your Angels once more and says 'she is telling me no, what is going on? Why am I getting misinformation?' to client I say "No?" Client - "I called to know about Bob and if he is going to marry me." TM - Ok, we will get to that, but did you have a cross country move in the past? Client - Sigh.... "about 6 years ago, but that is not pertaining to Bob." Now, to just give you a summery, she had indeed moved across country 6 yrs. prior to pursue a relationship with a new love. It ended badly. And guess what? Bob lived 3 states away and she ultimately wanted to know if they were going to end up together. So, there was a pattern of "out of town" lovers, and uprooting one's life for another, Her "no's" sent me into another direction and distrusting what I was hearing. In this case, the client attempted to control and steer the reading, vs. letting the Angels take care of it and expose deeper things than the client could have ever seen on their own. So, if information comes through that needs to be validated (did that happen, no, that didn't), then please just be open and see where it is going. The information coming through will, more often than not, again, concern your past. This allows me to pull away the layers of your psyche like the layers of an onion to get to the root, or the bulb of your psyche. This is great for validation work. I am a strong believer that if I cannot tell you any of your past, then I should not be telling you your probable future.
Let's Begin Your Reading

Part One -

Once you relax I can then tune in to your Angels. We will begin with the Angel Art. Even if you have had the Angel Art done previously, it does not mean that the Angels remain the same. Angels are opalescent beings, that reflect what you are going through or will go through, with color, shape and direction. As you change and grow, they will as well.

This is not a "frilly" Angel type of reading. They address down to earth issues such as: changing jobs, blockages to love and abundance, blockages that can cause illnesses, changing homes, marital issues, children questions, and so much more! Everything you may need to know at this time to adjust your life and to get a great overall picture of what is really going on is given to you with love from your Angels. This part of the reading takes about 8-15 minutes. based upon the intensity of their message. Everything in this part of the reading will be a huge foundation point in your reading. This is Spirit Art, Clairvoyance, (spiritual seeing), Clairaudience (spiritual hearing), and Clairsentience (spiritual feeling).

Part Two -
When we enter the daily life portion of the reading, we get into things that are happening in your life at present. This is where we discuss relationships, career, life path, children, health, friends, and family matters. Most of your current life situations will be addressed here. Here I use a deck of cards. The Angels taught me this deck and I have used it exclusively since 1994. I will go through a basic layout and see what is going on past, present and future. The reason I like this, is that the cards usually show very similar things the Angel Art does. This is double validation for me, so that I can really see the root causes, probable outcomes and hidden agendas. Many things are answered in part one and two, giving you a full view of what is happening in your life and your situation. This part lasts approx. 15 minutes (unless we have ran long in part one).

Part Three -

Here is where you have a choice to make. You have to choose to ask psychic-type questions, or attempt to speak to the deceased. The reason these two very different types of readings cannot be combined, they are as different as washing the dishes and mowing the lawn. Psychic questions are like washing the dishes, especially at this point of your session. By now I am deep into your energy, and very connected to your spirit. If we shift reading types into mediumship, we are starting a new procedure, which I liken to mowing the grass. Therefore, we don't mix modalities in one reading. You must choose.

A) Psychic Questions - we ask that you have FIVE questions prepared. Most clients go down their list and mark off 2-3 before they get the chance to ask. Remember, specific questions get specific answers, general get general. Sometimes all five of your questions are answered before you have a chance to get to them at the end of the reading! Your Angels know what is going on in your life, and they usually guide the reading to reflect that. You will have time to ask 3 psychic type questions (remember several on your list should be marked off as answered before you get to this part). Remember, no hidden mediumship questions such as "is grandmother ok on the other side".

B) Mediumship - if you have to think of who you would like to talk to, then this is not the session for you. I don't mind to do mediumship for someone in pain, who needs that final validation of their deceased (hair color, eye color, favorite meals, hobbies, etc.) and to have a final conversation with them. I do this one time only. Meaning, I will not connect with the same deceased person more than once. The deceased are usually at peace and I don't feel it is ethical to keep disturbing them merely because we can. So, know who you want to speak with. Validation is also very important for me. When I see someone, how do I know who they are? They come for you when we connect to the other side on your behalf. I will describe them to you, tell you everything they say and do. It is like trying to describe a t.v. show to a friend on the phone. You have to know if they had a "candy red Corvette", or "a blue house with white shutters" to be able to validate whom I am speaking to. It is also a good idea to have any questions for them prepared a head of time to be able to complete your session. It gets very emotional, that is normal, with pre-written questions you can keep your focus somewhat.

It is very important to understand, that at times we cannot connect with the deceased at all. I cannot be responsible if they do not come forward, but they normally send someone else you would know to pass messages on to you. If make no connection is made at all, then we do not go back to asking psychic questions, the session is over at this point. It has been about 1 out of 15 times to get no response from the other side at all.

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Session

Q) Will I hear anything negative in my reading?

A) My sessions are not geared to necessarily tell you what you want to hear. I had one young lady call me, saying she wanted a reading but not if I had anything negative to tell her. I asked her not to make the appointment. Why? Name 5 great things that happened to you this week. Now name 5 things that appeared or felt negative. I bet you can fill the negative side faster. Most can. Thus is life. How to get through those negative times, or avoid them altogether, is what I hope to share with you.

Another client said he didn't want to hear his new girl was not the one for him. If that is indeed the case, then don't book with me! If I see a fallout with your new honey I am going to tell you. However, I will ALSO tell you the strengths and the weaknesses in the relationship so that you can possibly PREVENT the fallout. What my job consists of is to assist you in ways to change your behavior patterns to begin to draw more positive flow into your life. A reading with me should be a time for clarity and direction. I want you to go away from this saying, 'ok, now I know some of the things I need to do if I want to improve my circumstances and situations'. Most of the time this is not an easy fix. Anything worth having is worth working for.

Q) Will you tell me if you see myself or someone around me dying?

A) I do not see death in readings. Please do not ask me. When someone says, " is my mother dying?" And I say, 'I do not see death', please do not spend your precious moments revising the question. "Will I spend Christmas with mother?" is asking if she will live that long. Sorry. The Angels will not answer this no matter how many times you try to get the answer. I am not allowed to see death. It is an agreement the Angels and I have. Just go through you life living each day with each essential person in your life ring as if it were your last, then you have nothing to regret.

Q) How often can I get a reading?

A) I know many of you call back within just a few weeks, desperate to speak with me. Oftentimes they tell the staff "everything she told me has already occurred". Well, that is great validation for me, but in all honesty you only THINK that. I may tell you A, B and C will occur. Many people ponder this and do not continue to listen as I go on and say so, look out for D and E. Just check off the events as they occur and go on.

I do not create dependency with my clients. A reading once a year is typical and can give you a general view of the year to come. Sometimes, however, we do go through a very difficult year where we need a bit more. In this case I will allow you to book another session 6 months from your last appointment date.

If things are really bad, and you have had a reading in the last 30 days and you need more answers or better clarification, then I will book you one 15 minute appointment at the first available time period I have. You must call the office to get this 15 min. session as it is available only to those who have had a reading in the last 30 days, and it is only for clarification purposes. The cost for a follow-up 15 min. session is $50.00 and again, can only be booked via the office.

I want you to stop and ask yourself, however, "am I getting antsy over the amount of time this is taken to process?", "am I merely seeking re-confirmation?", "am I lonely and depressed today and need reassurance that I am on the right track?". If the answer is yes to any of these, don't call me. Take a moment and connect with the Angels.

Many times right before a huge breakthrough we will get antsy and want re-confirmation. Trust yourself to see this through! If after this reflection you still feel the need to see me, then call the office about getting one of the 15 minute readings.

Q) Why do things change in a prediction?

A) Let me explain the way it is. Your life path is a tree. You have come to learn specific things while here on earth. Believe it or not. These things, this purpose, is the tree trunk.

The branches reflect all the different ways you can get to the end of the tree. Some branches are wide and strong, while others are weak and fickle. Some have twigs that branch off several times before ending. But, they all have one thing in common. They all reach upward, they all end the same way.

It is the same with you. You have the ability to take this branch or that one. You might even jump a branch in mid climb (or you may need to). The end result is the same, the lesson has been lived and learned. My job is to help you navigate those branches.

So, if after our reading you make a conscious choice and you jump a branch, this can change everything. I had a lady call me once in search of a new job. "You have already put in four applications this week", I told her. "One of them will call in the morning. It is a place with 3 initials in the name like MCI or IBM." She told me she had indeed applied somewhere like that. "Not only will you get a job offer there, but it will be more money than you expect." She was skeptical. She called me back the next day. Yes, she said they did call the next morning and wanted her right away for an interview. Did she go? No. Why? She asked them on the phone the pay rate and it was less than she had made at her previous job. So, she didn't go in for the interview. I had told her the job would pay MORE than she expected. I told her it was at the place with the 3 initials that would call the next morning. By not going to the interview we will never know what other position she would have been offered besides the one she was interviewing for. If A-B- and C are correct in the reading, chances are that D will come next. Hopefully you can see where she jumped a branch here and stopped the flow of energy.

Q) You have suggested I work on a particular issue, how?

A) I will recommend books, tapes, videos, various counseling services, and more. I don't want to leave a client without tools to go further. Many times the tools may include my own work; I may suggest this book, or that CD. I am not trying to push my products. This is not a sales pitch time. Be aware that I created these products FOR my clients.

For example, let's say we right away hit on the fact that you are continually drawing the same type of lover into your life, and it has made you miserable. Instead of spending 20 minutes rushing through the ways to end this behavior, I may suggest my Soul Mates CD. I made this 75 minute presentation for this type of situation. These are meant to assist my clients, not to create sales. The same is true of the other books that I suggest. Many will be on my own website where you can purchase them through Amazon.

Q) Do you record the sessions?

A) No, I no longer tape, but read the update herein. You, however, are permitted to record on your end of the phone call. PLEASE understand that I am an energy worker. This means that the spirit world of the deceased and the etheric world of the ANGELS are also energy based. Sometimes, although rare, a tape will not record properly, if at all. You must understand that I have NO control over this, and therefore encourage you to take notes even if you feel the recording is working. *** Update - as of 09/09/09 I am attempting to work with a new format that will allow me to record your session and send it via email to you. Still working out the bugs at the time of this printing, but we hope to be able to move into this new technology.

Q) What if you cannot read me, or I need a refund?

A) I feel I have one of the most ethical and fair refund policies in this industry. It's called "STOP THE READING". Within the first 5 minutes of your reading we are going to know if this is going to work between us or not.

You have the option to say "You know what I am not comfortable with this reading" and we stop it. No charge to you. Please understand if I say to you, does everything sound accurate, and you say yes, this indicates we are on for the reading.

If you allow me to complete your Angel Art, and then want to stop the reading you will be charged for the time used to complete this process as it is 1/3 of the reading.

Although it is your responsibility, it is usually me who will stop the reading. I can tell when I hit people. "Ummm, maybe" or "well, it could be.." are not connecting answers. This tells me I am not connecting with you on the level I want to.

I understand that you might be disappointed if I cannot read you, but trust me, you would be MORE disappointed to get a half-rate reading. You must trust my judgment in this if I choose to disconnect the reading. This is ultimately for your benefit.

Why would this happen? Several reasons.

1. Many times you do not need the reading.

2. You are not supposed to be aware of what is coming. This sounds ominous, but it's not. I once had a fellow who wanted love in his life. I saw her coming, dark hair, very pretty, drove a white car with out of state tags. He met her. She didn't have the car though so he tried not to get too excited. They went out, and she had a nice time with our gentleman. Then, he picked her up at her home for the next date. Sitting in the driveway was the white car with out of state tags. It was being repaired. He got so excited that he was ready to marry her by the second date. It scared her t and needless to say, was the end of the relationship. Sometimes, you just are not supposed to know everything.

3. The chemistry between us is not right. This can happen. Don't forget I am human too. As much as I try to stay in the light, sometimes I am in a bad mood too. I won't do your reading if that is the case, it would be unfair to you.

4. You are too close minded. If you are a huge skeptic and looking to prove me wrong, don't call. I have a limited amount of time to work with folks and don't have the energy to entertain you.

So, what do we do if any of the above happen? You have a choice. And, I want you to understand it doesn't matter to me, I just want you to be comfortable.

1. Reschedule your appointment - this may take some time to get you rescheduled. At times I am booked 2-3 months in advance. However, this also gives me time to forget about your reading, allowing your name to blend into a future schedule.
2. Refund your money, credit your card, etc. You will not be charged a processing fee for this, as it isn't your fault.
3. Transferring the reading to someone else you feel might benefit more from it.

According to my accounts, the average refund of fees due to inability to read that client is about 2%.
My reputation matters to me, and I want to only give my clients the best I can.

Q) Can I cancel my appointment?

A) Yes of course! We can reschedule usually within a 2 month period. But, please be considerate and let me know as soon as you can. I understand things arise and we cannot always get to a phone, but if you can, please do so.

If you are not available from more than 6 minutes into your reading time, then you will have to be rescheduled. I will do my best to be on time, and to give you my best. Please do the same. Please be aware that I will cancel appointments sometimes myself. Sometimes at the last moment. I have an illness that affects my muscle mobility and gives me migraines and chronic muscle pain, as well as diabetes (meaning there has been a very bitter time in my past that I still need to work on, and I am). When I have a flare up, or if I am in pain I will reschedule or refund. I do not want to read you when I am not in top form, I only want you to get my best. If I cancel and reschedule, I will call you. I will make sure it is on "my dime" (U.S. only please!). It is my thank you for your understanding.

If you call for your appointment while drinking or using drugs (I am not speaking of maintenance medication here) your appointment will be cancelled and not rescheduled. When you are drinking or drugging you cannot be a clear read and have not taken this reading in the spirit it is intended, there is nothing but chaos when I look into you.

Q) What about call backs?

A) We will try to call you back to book your appointment 3 times. You must leave a call back number and at what time is the best (eastern, central, pacific, international, etc.). We will only leave a message stating "Tina Michelle's office is returning your call, please contact our office once again". Please be sure to leave your evening and weekend call back numbers as that is when we do our call backs. Remember AREA CODES as well.

Cancellation List - Yes, there is a cancellation list. Sometimes days that I have blocked off for private times, become available. Or, upon rare occasion, someone has to cancel their appointment, so an opening occurs. Here is how my system works. Usually it is last minute, so we have a list of people who desire to be called if a cancelled appointment slot becomes available. We go down the list and begin to call.

We will leave a message for you. Then we go to the next number, the first person to call back or to answer the phone and take the appointment gets it. It is on a first come - first served bases. You already have a confirmed appointment, this is for cancellation only.

Q) What does a daily life psychic type reading entail?

A) You reading can include many of these elements:

Love - who, what, when, how, and why

Money - how do you connect with the energy we call money, and what may be blocking your flow of this energy?

Career Decisions - To stay or not to stay.

Health (although I am not a doctor and do not prescribe or diagnose, I can show you your energy blocks which oftentimes contributes to illness)

Family Interactions - how to work within the dynamics of your family, or how to disconnect altogether.

Legal Matters (again, I am not an attorney nor do I give legal advice. I can however, often see variables that can shift and alter legal decision making)

Geographical Movements - is your location the best for your energy?

Q) Do you charge law enforcement?

A) If it is concerning a case, there is no charge. I also want no documentation for working with you, and no referrals please. If you are calling concerning a personal matter, then yes, you are charged normal current fees.

Q) If you have a gift from GOD, why do you charge?

A) I cannot tell you how many times I have heard this. I charge for the same reasons that a chef who has a gift charges. Just as an artist who is gifted charges, so do I. I am charging for my time away from my family and friends, my talent and my knowledge.

Just as a teacher has studied their profession, to go forth and help others, I too have studied. I constantly learn as much as possible. I work constantly to find solutions to various problems my clients encounter.

When I came home from work (10 years ago) to find a driveway full of people wanting "free" consultations from me, I knew I had to do something. The time needed to cook for my family, clean the house, help with homework, do laundry etc. was taken up with folks wanting "free" readings. None of them offered to bring dinner to my children, wash my dishes while I read for their sister, or dust my living room while I read for their best friend. They just sat there and took time away from my life. A thank you is nice, but after a while, it is not balanced.

So, after prayer and much consideration, I quit my day job as a residential social worker at a step down until for at risk youth. God and I had a talk , and I was assured that my bills would be taken care of, if I were to give myself into service.

I charge a fee because the time and energy I am spending with my clients (that I do LOVE), I could be spending this time with my family, on my next book, on my next CD script.

And finally, there is a Universal Law of Fair and Equal Exchange of Energy. This law states that when two people complete an arrangement between them, both parties give and receive equal energy. Internet abilities (and if you are reading this, then you should understand what I mean) cost $, as does employees, accounting services, merchant services to take credit cards, etc. There is no free in the world.

I have compared my pricing to many others on the net. For the experience I have, as well as the credentials, I am very under-priced.
